The Stone Coven

Though they have been absent from our world for thousands of years we, the members of The Stone Coven still pay homage to the creation the Titans have made here in Azeroth. Over 8,000 years ago the high elves were banished from their home they shared with the night elves in Ashenvale. Now free to practice magic as they wished they set out to create a home of their own.

After traveling for many years and suffering heavy casualties due to the mortality the elves now possessed they found a place far to the north on the continent we now know as Lordaeron they could call home. To mask their magics from those who would do them harm they created great runestones.

These stones also served to scare off the primitive Amani trolls. It was shortly after the creation of these runestones and the free flow of magic began that The Stone Coven was founded. It began as a small cult of elves that still feared of the burning legion’s return and feared that others more closer to home would discover our powers and seek to capture it for themselves.

In secret The Stone coven lead by a high priestess and her chosen Stone Guardians trained those worthy of the coven’s graces to be great warriors in the battle against the burning legion and anyone else who stood in their way.
